Will my phone work with an eSIM?
Most phones released from 2019 onward support eSIM (iPhone XS+, Pixel 3+, recent Samsung Galaxy, and many others). Your device must be carrier-unlocked. If unsure, dial the check code in the plan page or contact support.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. An eSIM is a second data profile — your primary SIM and number stay active for calls and texts. Nomad long-stay plans can also include a local number where the country allows it.
What’s the difference between tourist and nomad plans?
Tourist/local plans are sized for short trips (days to a month). Nomad long-stay plans run from 1 month to 3 years with real local allowances, built for people who actually live somewhere for a while.
When does validity start?
Validity begins on first connection to a network, not at purchase — so you can buy before you fly.
Can I top up or extend?
Yes. Buy another plan for the same country from your account; multiple profiles can coexist on most phones.
Refunds?
If an eSIM was never installed/activated, you can request a refund within 30 days. Activated plans are non-refundable. See Terms.
