1. Who we are

2. What we provide
We resell mobile data connectivity ("eSIM plans") delivered as eSIM profiles over GSMA-certified partner networks. We are a reseller, not a licensed mobile network operator. Coverage, speeds and availability depend on partner networks and local conditions.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your country.
4. Orders, pricing & payment
Prices are shown per plan in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and the eSIM profile is issued to your account. Promo codes are subject to their stated conditions.
5. Validity & fair use
Plan validity begins on first network attachment unless stated otherwise. Plans described as "Unlimited" are subject to a fair-use policy; excessive or non-personal use (e.g. permanent tethering as a fixed line, reselling) may be throttled or suspended.
6. Refunds
An eSIM that has never been installed or activated may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a profile is installed or activated it is non-refundable, as connectivity has been provisioned. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
7. Acceptable use
No unlawful, fraudulent or abusive use, and no use that violates partner-network terms or local telecom law.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages caused by partner networks or your device.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
